Anti friction coating AFC

Anti-friction coatings AFC are used in addition to greases and oils or as a replacement for hydrodynamic lubricants, they form a lubricating film and protect the surfaces that slide against each other from wear and friction: e.g. metal-metal, metal-plastic, plastic-plastic, etc. They contain particles of a few microns of solid lubricants dispersed through a mixture of resins and solvents, and are applied like paint: by spray, brush, immersion and centrifugation. In this way the surfaces are always separated by an effective dry lubricating film, very resistant even in conditions of very low speeds, oscillating movements, high loads and aggressive and dusty environments. There are specific anti-friction coatings (AFC) for all types of materials, such as metals, plastics, elastomers, leather and wood. On request we can provide the most suitable AFC.
