Brush polishing machines

On request we can supply double brush polishing machines, from models designed for polishing operations of small pieces to industrial series with die-cast aluminum or cast iron bodies for medium and large-sized pieces. All these models are supplied with three-phase (400 V or 230 V) or single-phase (230 V) inductive motors with the option of adding an inverter and low voltage control (24 V), brush guards and integrated thermal protection. It is possible to mount two different brushes (metal wires, fabric, flap wheels, etc.), it is possible to request customizations such as the distance between the flanges, etc. All polishing machines can be supplied with a zero-vibration base as standard, a suction system with a self-cleaning fan, a suction bag in self-extinguishing/flame-proof material. We can also supply double motor cleaners with independent shafts at variable speeds, ideal for 24-hour industrial work.
