Brush/wheel combined machines

On request we can supply combined polishing machines for the use of a brush (metal wire, fabric, flap wheels, etc.) for polishing, and a grinding wheel, ideal for finishing the material removal work. Our models range from those designed for grinding/polishing operations of small pieces to the industrial series with die-cast aluminum or cast iron bodies for medium and large-sized pieces. All these models are supplied with three-phase (400 V or 230 V) or single-phase (230 V) inductive motors with the option of adding an inverter and low voltage control (24 V), brush/grinding wheel protections and integrated thermal protection. All combined machines can be supplied with a zero-vibration base as standard, a suction system with a self-cleaning fan, and a suction bag in self-extinguishing/flame-proof material.
