Paste NEUKADUR MultiCast 8 + hardener

Paste NEUKADUR MultiCast 8 beige, fast-cast polyurethane resin based, unfilled, supplied in 1 kg packs with 1 kg hardener. With characteristics of low viscosity, low shrinkage coefficient, good curing properties and long pot-life, it is easy to process and universally suitable for the production of all kinds of moulds or patterns, both negative and positive. Before using NEUKADUR MultiCast 8, mix the same thoroughly until it has got a homogeneous appearance.
Mix both components thoroughly with each other at room temperature (> 18°C) according to the indicated mixing ratio.
Before casting make sure that parts and moulds are free from humidity and non-evaporated release agent.
For layers with a thickness of > 5 mm, we recommend the use of fillers, e. g. NEUKADUR filler B.
We also recommend sharing out the quantity of fillers between both components.
