Emulsifiable fluid SINTOL MAXI

Green Star SINTOL MAXI is a high-performance semi-synthetic fluid that can be emulsified in water, ideal for heavy machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and yellow alloys, in chip removal, sheet drawing and stamping operations.
The high fat content and the high concentration of additives and emulsifiers, allow maximum E.P. and high stability of the emulsion.
The emulsion obtained is milky and stable even with relatively hard water, it maintains a constant natural microbial level (biostability) for a long time. Very flexible product in use: by increasing the concentration it can be used for both light and extremely heavy processing; concentration of use from 4% to 9%.
The product is free of amines, nitrites, phosphates, borates, formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors; it can also be used as a cooling lubricant for the manufacture of Materials and Objects intended to come into contact with Food (MOCA)
