Green Star TIOIL BIO 46 biodegradable synthetic fluid formulated with highly refined non-toxic bases, forms a lubricating film with high greasing and anti-wear power, with E.P. Ideal for heavy operations of cutting, drilling, tapping, profiling on all metals, even those that cause gluing and metallization problems: aluminum and its alloys, low carbon steel, copper, brass; the product is applicable by microlubrication, with micro-drop systems.
Non-toxic formulation, free from chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, halogenated hydrocarbons; compatible with HFC, HCFC / CFC refrigerant gases; compatible with elastomers commonly used for gaskets and sealing rings. Liquid, clear, slightly amber in color, very slight odor, biodegradable> 90%.
