Solid lubricant paste Molykote 1000 for bolted metal joints exposed to high temperature, corrosive environment and repeated operations of screw and unscrew, without lead or nickel.
With features of wide working temperature range, load capacity, protection against corrosion, it allows nondestructive disassembly of threaded couplings. Applications: bolts, screws and nuts in corrosive environment, with high temperature and frequent tightening and disassembly, screws of extruders for plastics mold, threaded fittings in chemical industry and tension ring of centrifuges.
Brown colour, composed by solid lubricants , mineral oil , thickener , metallic powder .
