Geometry with positive design for light to medium machining, rounded cutting edge with chamfer that increases the degree of resistance of the wedge against mechanical damage. M8340 PVD grade with high resistance and toughness of the cutting edge, it is one of the toughest grades dedicated to processing with low cutting speeds and difficult conditions on P and M group steels; the insert can also be used on materials from groups K and S.
