Grooved rubber contact wheel

Square grooved rubber contact wheel for abrasive belts on manual and automatic machines and robotic systems. It is composed of a rubber-coated aluminum hub with a square tooth grooved band with standard high 15/20 mm, resistant to hydrocarbons. Used for dry or wet processing on all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, both for deburring and finishing depending on the hardness of the rubber coating: low hardness with fine-grained abrasive belts, high hardness with coarse-grained belts. The use of a grooved wheel, thanks to the effect of the full/empty ratio, significantly improves the cutting action of the strip (constant dressing), prevents its polishing and consequently prolongs its operational life.
