Electrode for steel and die castings

Rutile-coated electrode with austenitic-ferritic structure, suitable for welding and repairing steels with a high carbon content, medium-high alloy steels, special steels, tool steels, high-speed and manganese steels, steels of unknown composition, dissimilar or difficult to weld. The deposit is stainless and does not acquire hardening, very suitable for resisting high temperatures and corrosion, free from cracks, with high mechanical resistance, excellent operability and easy detachment of the slag.
Applications: as a base layer in the presence of hard and extra-hard coatings, repair of brass, aluminum and zamak die-casting moulds.
Welds in AC and positive DC.
Sold loose or in 5 kg packs.
