Scalpers and sieves

The sieves are tools of the past, still used today to separate different dimensions of a product, more in detail to filter material having dimensions greater than those of the mesh and to establish, conventionally, the particle size of the retained material. We have them in metal, but we also have them in wood built by HAND by a local craftsman, with the net with different mesh sizes.
